China Veterinary Drugs and Feeds Trading Building is located at No. 657 Tongting Street at Hanting District, Weifang, Shandong, (the former address of Shandong Yakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), at the east side of the overpass where the Jinan-Qingdao Highway and the 206 State Road intersect, which is 100 meters east of the Weifang exit of the Jinan-Qingdao Highway, and 800 meters east of the Beihai Road, the mainline in the downtown area of Weifang, enjoying convenient transportation and favorable geographic location.

The project has net land coverage of 8,311 square meters, with a total floor area of 36,084 square meters (not including the underground constructions) and a total estimated investment of 150 million, of which the China Veterinary Drugs and Feeds Trading Building has 26 floors above the ground and 3 underground floors, with a floor area of 28,332 square meters (not including the 3 underground floors); the commercial and residential building is 17-stoery high (excluding the underground floor), with a floor area of 7,752 square meters. The project is divided into two phases: the first is to concentrate the financial, human and material resources to fulfill the construction of the Veterinary Drugs and Feeds Trading Building, and the expected duration is 2 years.

The Veterinary Drugs and Feeds Trading Building has the following functions:

1.Set up a domestic first-class information and intelligence center of veterinary drugs and feeds, to be dedicated to collecting and releasing the information on the imports and exports of veterinary drugs and feeds, the ups and downs of prices; the fluctuation of supplies and demands, as well as the production, distribution and demands related to veterinary feeds.

2.Set up an “e-commerce market” facing the whole country; the trading market follows the modes of Shanghai Securities Market and Shouguang Vegetable Market, and draws upon advanced international experience in e-commerce transactions, striving to reach the domestic advanced level.

3.The Trading Building receive more than 200 domestic and international veterinary medicine and feed companies to set up offices or branches; the building itself can form a large market.

4.Set up large, medium and small conference rooms. The large conference room accommodates up to 280 people, the medium-sized conference rooms accommodates up to 100 people, and small meeting rooms accommodates up to 40 people, providing meeting spaces and business services for professional meetings convened by the Ministry of Agriculture, the provincial, municipal, and district organizations as well as enterprises stationed in the trading building.
